Is It Safe To Take Lymecycline Tablet With A Birth Control Implant Fitted?

Ive had the contraceptive implant fitted 10 days ago, and so far Ive had no signs of bleeding which i am very happy about. I am Hoping I'm one of the few where my periods stop altogether, However today i was prescribed with lymecycline as my skin has been pretty bad recently and Ive heard the implant makes it worse. Will this increase the risk of prolonged bleeding on the implant ?
