Hi i was just diagnosed with type 2 diabetis i got metformine and zeztril at night time i have only taken twice at night i just began my treatment last night i tested and i was 185 before dinner and i just checkked it todoay two hours after lunch and im at 218 i wanna go for a walk but i dont know what to do
