Is It Safe To Take Minigynon While Being Diagnosed With Ovarian Cyst?

Hi,Was taking a pack of minigynon for regular bleeding and spotting and it helped. My gynecologist told me that I could use Novynette after the pack was finished and I did; however after about day 10 of taking this I went back to having brown spotting so I stopped taking it and when back to taking minigynon but the spotting is still here. What could cause this to be happening?Ps: I have a an ovarian cyst.Thanks in advance
