Is It Safe To Take Olsat Tablet As An Alternate To Olmark?

I was taking Olmark-M-25 (1 tab. per day) but this tablet is not available at my place and another docter has prescribed me Olsar-M-50 ((1 tab. per day).But I having problem of coolness in my body and unconsciousness.Is it the correct substitute ?
