Is It Safe To Take Omeprazole And Zantac For Silent Reflux ?

Hi, my son is 10wk old his got silent reflux his on 10mg omeprazole, Zantac 1ml 3 times a day. His never settled always throwing his head around, always stiff as a board, crys after feeds big outbursts. His got a cough now and very dry cheeks, poop stinks like acid.. His a big boy though... Could he have cmpi?
