Is It Safe To Take Optisulin And B-long Tablets To Improve Metabolism?

Hi I had undergone weightloss programme for five weeks . When I was under the weightloss diet I had been prescribed to take optisulin and b-long tablets. I want to increase my metabolism and want to,know whether it is safe to continue those two tabs evn ne.please help me out. Am hvng fatty liver problem also.
