my mother 80 a ckd-iv and cr-2.8 under treatment of nephrologist - kolkata since last 4 years but she suddenly uncomfortable with breathing problem and left side pain who having daily medicines somprez-l , orofer xt , cap a-z(gold) nodosis-DS , clopitorve(1),calcirol sachet weekly , cardivas 3.125, please help me what to do
