Is It Safe To Take Prednisone For Eczema?

I have had this horrible rash for a month now . I have seen 4 dermatologist and have had a biopsy it was ruled out it wasn t bug bites . The last and 1st doctor said eczema . But it s not dry patches it s itchy clear like raised bumps on arms hands wrist mostly some on the back and belly nothing on legs and below . I was prescribed. predisone & attarat it relieves it. I stop taking it they come back . The predisone made me gain 8 pds . I m always exhausted and starving . What could they be ?? And what can I do to get rid of this because I m losing my mind.
