Is It Safe To Take R-Cinex And Combutol For Tuberculosis?

hello sir,my sister is suffering frm tb from past 1 year..initially the doctor prescribe the r-cinex,pyzina,and benadon.after taking these medicines for 3 months...the doctor suggested only 1 medicine i.e r-cinex.after 1 month she develop a lymph nodes..as she gone surgery...now the doctor prescribe her a r-cinex750,pyzina 1250,combutal 800.she had taken this medicines for past 3 months.now the doctor suggested only r-cinex and combutol..for the next 5 months..and the chest xray shows old healed tags..i want to know whether it is right procedure or not
