Is It Safe To Take Ramipril For Hypertension?

I am male 42 years old.I m hypertention,my bp is 115/75 after taking medicine,remapril.and I m diet control diabetes also.fasting sometimes above 6 and sometimes below 6.I did not take medication for sugar.I ask u,is this condition is good for my health
