Is It Safe To Take Rozavel For The Following Cholesterol Level?

i have taken rozavel 20 for 3 Months. my cholesterol levels are normal.TRIGLYCERIDES 150 (mg/dl), (CHOLESTEROL HDL 45 (mg/dl), DIRECT LDL CHOLESTEROL 107, CHOL/HDL RATIO 4.0, LDL/HDL RATIO 2.4.can i stop taking the medicine. since i am on a controlled diet and daily exercise. i doubt if if ever had high cholesterol. since its been just 3 months can i stop taking the medicine ?
