Is It Safe To Take Tazloc To Treat BP?

i am 49 years old underwent hysterectomy in dec 2013, obese 87 kgs ht 4 ft - 11 inc and my bp os 154/94 although my bp has always been 90/110 for quite some years and put on tazloc 20 mg since 3 days but during the day i feel head heavy and slightly dazed so kindly advise
