Is It Safe To Take Torsec And Gupisone Before And After Meal?

My dermatologist prescribed me torsec once a day befor meal and gupisone 20 1lonce a day every morning after meal and telfast 180mg. once a day during night after meal and elica cream..he did not say what is my condition so i search on google if the medicine he give is for what??but it gives me confussion..can i tell me what is all about the medicine i will take..is it safe for me to drink this all
