Is It Safe To Take Tramadol With Paxil For Anxiety And Raised Heart Rate?

Hello, Can I take tramadol with Paxil and high blood pressure medication that has a beta blocker? I just started the blood pressure medication and Paxil three days ago. The BP medication seems to help me through most of the day, but I am still having anxiety and fast heartbeat. I took some tramadol the last couple of days to calm me down.. I thought the beta blocker would calm my anxiety down quicker than it has. I might just stop the Paxil.. I don't know why I am still experiencing this racing heartbeat
