Is It Safe To Take Trazodone Every 6 Hours To Induce Sleep?

I have been taking trazodone 100mg for sleep, Recently I have developed back and leg pain; saw trusted doc yesterday and we have a plan... He prescribed tramadol 50mg every 6hrs for pain. Meant to ask him this ? but now it is the weekend.... I took Tramadol about 3 hours ago; Can I resume my regular dosage of trazodone tonight ?Many Thanks ! Jim
