Is It Safe To Take Tylenol For Headaches During Pregnancy?

I am 18 weeks pregnant and have a headache on the right side of my head all day. Tylenol has not helped. It is pain behind my right eye, on the right side of my head, at the base of my neck on right side and I can feel it into my nose. Is this normal or should I contact my OB doctor?
