Is It Safe To Take Vibact To Treat Diarrhea?

I took 2 tabets Clyndamicine 300 mgs every 12 hrs due to so called tooth infection found by Dentist and prescribed. My bowls got seriously affected and loose stools is not stopping. Now I am taking Tab Vibact prescribed by my Physician. Will my bowl movements become normal ?
