Is It Safe To Take Vitamin K Tablets To Stop Vaginal Bleeding Post Abortion?

Hi,my name is Marie. I had an abortion with misoprol tablets 200mcg (drank two,inserted one through my vagina), and I have been bleeding for a week and three days but my doctor said I ll bleed for just a week, and I have painful cramps. A nurse advised me to take vitamin K tablets to stop the bleeding. What do I do? I need your sincere help please.
