Is It Safe To Take Wellburtin,Anafranil And Norpramin For Headache?

I am researching new medications that have been recommended from a dna study i took part in. I have a list of medications recommended for me and I am trying to find the one that has the least amount of side effects....I suffer from severe headaches and do not want something that causes weight gain. this is the list: Elavil, Wellbutrin, Anafranil, Norpramin, Pristiq, Sinequan, Prozac, Tofranil, Pamelor, Eldepryl, Desyrel and Effexor. I have tried a few medications over past 6 yrs or so and have not found one that I can handle the side effects. Thanks Claudette
