Is It Safe To Take Z-pac And Methylprednisolone During Conception?

I have an upper respiratory infection and was given z-pak and methylprednisolone for it. However, I am currently TTC. I m not currently pregnant but recently ovulated. I didn t know if this medicine would interfere with anything.Thanks for your help!
