Is It Safe To Take Zinnat For Flu During Pregnancy?

I got very sick during my first trimester and was prescribed curam and innate from two different doctors, I was very much reluctant then I started the curam for two day and stopped then my flu got worse and was inforced to take zinnat which I did. Could I possibly hurt my unborn baby??? Plz help!!
