Is It Safe To Take Zopiclone With Bisoprolol, And Could The Bisoprolol Be Worsening My Anxiety And Insomnia?

Hi, I currently am taking 2.5mg daily of Bisoprolol following a 24 hr heart monitor which showed a run of non sustained VT. I recently started suffering anxiety and panic attacks and sleepless nights after taking Bisoprolol for 2 months (I had previously suffered from GAD and depression) I have now been prescribed 3.75mg of Zopiclone to help with short term insomnia. Is this safe? Could the Bisoprolol be contributing to my anxiety, panic attacks and insomnia?
