Is It Safe To Take Both Bisoprolol And Lisinopril For High BP?

I am 66 years old, male, white, don t smoke or drink, have type 2 diabetes, use insulin, my bp for the last twelve hours have averaged, 117/52/pulse 69. My diastolic seems way low and I feel bad like my hear tis pounding very hard. I saw a GP today but he felt all was fine. No test just talked to him and he took bp. I take two BP medicaions 10mg bisoprolol and 20 mg lisinopril. I think it may be too much. Any insight you could provide would be appreciated.
