Is It Safe To Take Liver Detox Pill During Workouts?

hi i am 23 year old light smoker male approx 68 kgs average build ....i started gym 6 weeks ago m taking creatine monohydrate ,pre workout supplement(GAT™ NITRAFLEX™ Hyperemia & Testosterone Enhancing) ,Multivitamins And vitamin C ........I read about liver detox pill should i take it or not and is any concern points about my supplements ....Thats all I want to know ...Thank u
