Is It Safe To Take Tylenol,wal-itin And Hydrocodone For Severe Headache?

my wife has had a severe headache for the last 10 hours. she has taken Tylenol- wal-itin- hydroco/apap over the course of the 10 hour period. semptems include aching around and behind eyes nose area, tenderness to the same areas. very little nasal discharge, no stuffy nose. any advise appreciated-thank you-joe
