Is It Safe To Travel By Flight For 4 Hours Followed By A 2 Hour Car Journey At 8 Weeks Of Pregnancy?

hi i am 8 week pregnant. I need to travel in flight for 4 hrs and then 2 hrs car travel.. is it safe to me? my doctor gave me duphaston and pregnacare tablets... now a days am taking these two medicines.... by travelling.. is it not affecting my baby?
