Is It Safe To Travel By Flight On Recovering From Pneumonia?

I have just come out of hospital diagnosed with pneumonia and pleurisy. I am getting the bad pains under my right boob where the right lung had the pneumonia. I had a bad pleural rub which was treated with painkillers and is being treated with inflammatory drugs. Can I fly with this as I am due to fly Sat to Antigua to renew my wedding vowels YYYY@YYYY
