Is It Safe To Travel In 19th Week Of Pregnancy While Having Low Lying Placenta?

Have been prescribed Tranexamic acid for a slight bleed 19 weeks pregnant while abroad on holiday. scan showed low lying placenta. I am concerned as I have a 5 hour flight home in a couple of days. the bleed seems to have stopped. Any advice as to increased risk of DVT.?
