Is It Safe To Travel While Being Pregnant From IVF Treatment?

Hi , I travelled to India for ivf and my ivf was sucessfull and , I am pregnant with my first child . I had cervix stitched at week 14 . Please let me know when it is safe for me to travel back to my home country . Air trAvel will be. 10 hrs 3 hrs break and 10 hrs again . I plan to travel during 22 weeks . Let me if it safe for me and my baby ? Or will I face any complications during my flight ?
