Is It Safe To Try Conceiving Naturally One Month After An Ectopic Pregnancy Surgery Instead Of Taking Prescribed Fertility Or Birth Control Pills?

Hi., I undergone operation 1 month ago, due to ectopic pregnancy. Is it Okay to try to conceive again this early? my OB asked me if im ready to start again with fertility pills. but i told her i need rest., I want to try to conceive again but not with the help of any fertility pills (which i did nt tell her)., then she prescribed althea pills for 3 months to prevent to much blood during my menstruation and avoid blood to clog in fallopian tube to avoid possible ectopic pregnancy again. thank you
