Is It Safe To Undergo Dialysis Post Internal Bleeding Through Stool Due To A Ulcer?

Hi Team, My father has just started with his first dialysis as his creatinine was 8. He is diabetic and has had two minor strokes.He is also suffering from neuropathy. He earlier had an internal ulcer burst which was patched through endoscopy but he still has some internal bleeding through stool. Please suggest if his body can take dialysis and how critical is his condition
