Is It Safe To Use 81mg Aspirin Regularly?

Hello, I have a question about using the 81mg aspirin daily. Is it causing more harm than good? I had a PFO closed approximately in 2004 and was told to take these daily and have been since. I am a 53 male, good health and weight. My BMI is good. Thank you, Terrell
