Is It Safe To Use Betnovate For Acne And Scars On Face?

Hi doctor, actually i am having pimples on my face and i am having very sensitive skin. My age is 21 years old. So, does betnovate N would be useful to my face according to my skin type and i am also having some scars and marks on my face. So, kindly suggest which cream would be best and will not give any kind of side effect. I never used betnovate N cream till now.
