Is It Safe To Use Fluticasone For Regrowing Eyebrows?

Greetings Dr.i had thick eye brows since childhood.i am now 28 ,unmarried not on any medications or health problems ,i am wheatish,i gone for chemical peeling 4 cycles and discontinued but after 3 months of treatment i am having loss of eye brows mainly on lateral aspect and i feel so awkward because of sparce eyebrows and i consulted many dermatologists being prescribed fluticasone and hairgrow gel,i also used neem oil ,castor oil,olive oil but not much improvement..i also tried homeopathy medicine liquid,iam a diabetologist,kindly reply.
