Is It Safe To Use IVF-C (HCG) 5000 Weekly For 6 Weeks For Peri-sac Bleed In Early Pregnancy?

Hi. I am 27 years old. I have concieved with ovulation induction after 1.5 years of my marriage. I am now 6 weeks 3 days pregnant. My TVS scan showed fetal cardiac activity , single intrauterine alive pregnancy with CRL of 0.5cm and peri sac bleed of 2.4ml. I have been experiencing on and off PV bleed with cramps so my doctor suggested me oral progesteron along with suppository and IVF-C(HCG) 5000 once a weekly for 6 weeks. Is this injection okay to use?
