Is It Safe To Use Kera Hair Serum And Tugain For Hair Fall?

hello i m 28 yrs old...as per my doctors recommendation i take keraglo eva twice a day..and apply kera XL hair growth serum at night and tugain 5% foam in morning...is der any sideeffects of these meds ? though there is nnoticable reduction in hair fall.
