Is It Safe To Use Metoclopramide For 5 Days In The 2nd Trimester Of Pregnancy, Given Previous Short-term Use?

Hi , i’m asking about using metoclopramide in pregnancy specially in the 2nd trimester for a short time like 5 days ,, we used it 2 times before 1st time oral for 3 days only .. 2nd time iv for 3 days only .. is it safe to repeat it for. A short time .. & there is no other medication help to reduce nausea &vomiting . Thanks
