Is It Safe To Use Nasomist Nasal Drops For Nasal Congestion?

I am an INDIAN. My baby is 16 days old. He has got closed nose. The doctor has prescribed Nasomist nasal spray to be put one drop in each nasal.we have been giving this since last 4 days. Now we could hear him breathing some cough. Please advice. Also if usage of Nasomist is fine for a long period. Thanks.
