Is It Safe To Use Pilex Cream For Piles During Pregnancy?

i am 23wks pregnant.since 1wk i have been suffering from painfull piles(no bleeding).Plz advice appropriately.Is it safe to take PILEX tablets of HIMALAYA(Ayurvedic) during pregnancy ? Also i often suffer from Gastric problems with headache.I have also migrane which appears sometimes. i am 34 yrs 78Kg wt,normal blood pressure.Kindly advice
