Is It Safe To Use Soliwax To Treat Tinnitus?

I have been suffering from Tinnitus, though it is not continuous. The sound seems to be rather a water flow is a small pipe. I did apply cipla, soliwax. After applying soliwax, it reduced the tone, however, not in full.Also, if i get exposed to air - sometimes it irritates a lot,if i wake up at morning - sometimes it sounds more odd.I did consult the doctor (ENT) He did suggest that my ear nerves are weak, though i dont suffer from any such pain.
