Is It Safe To Use T-minic And Nasoclear Drops For Long Term?

Hello Doctor, My baby is 4 months old and she has been suffering from stuffy nose ,cold and very very mild cough since last 3 months.On Doctor s advice we started with Nasoclear drops .We also gave her Tminic drops and Mucolite drops for 5 days each (2 cycles) and still continuing with nasoclear drops. We thought this would reduce after winter and waited for 2 months.But,now that summer started , im little concerned about her continuing cold.Please Advice. Info:Baby weight 5.2 kgs,Birth wt :2.9 kgs Also would like to know if is it ok to use tminic drops and naso clear for such long durations. Nasoclear 14 bottles used.
