Is It Safe To Use Tenovate Clobetasol Cream For Blemishes On Chin?

of late i have been getting a lot of pimples only on my chin area, they recede fast in three-four days but leave dark black spots. its been almost more than 2 months now and the black spots haven't gone yet. i heard from a friend of mine that tenovate clobetasol cream bp might work. pls suggest me something. i want to get rid of these black spots. i'm 20 yrs old.
