Is It Safe To Use Tylenol On Buttocks At The Site Of Drained Cyst?

2 years ago I got a cyst drained and lanced right at the top of my butt crack and since then I feel it has gotten worse and have been to the dr several times and they tell me to take Tylenol and sit in a hot bath once every day. Well I fell like I have another cyst but it is farther down and when I try to feel it, its like my butt is sinking in on both sides by it. I know it is there cause I feel it every time I sit down.
