Is It Safe To Use Tyronase Cream For Itchy Spots And Patches On Body?

Hi. I am 22 yrz old. Since 2 years, I have been suffering with some dark spots and patches started appearing only on sunlight expose regions of my body i.e face and arms. First appeared on my arms and then on forehead, followed by some sort of allergy, itching, dryness leading to some desquamation. I used hydrocortison and skin A cream for a month but noticed no significant results. Recently I have been prescribed tyronase plus cream, is it safe to use? or what else you recommend me?
