Is It Safe To Use Aspirator While Having Tubes In Ears?

my daughter who is about to turn one year old this month just had tubes put in her nose on wednesday and is now leaking through her nose.. I called my doctor and they said to keep an eye on it because it may be just teething.. My question is "Is it still safe to use an aspirator with her having tubes in her ears?"
