Is It Safe To Use Traction Device For Penis Enlargement?

So i tried a traction device for penis enlargement. I experienced bruzing, and now have discoloration on where the loop of the device was. I researched it and it seems to be trapped iron deposits but I can be wrong? Do you have any ideas on how to heal the skin?
