Recent hypertension 160 s/90 s. Aware about 3 weeks ago at doctor physical. Began popanolol 20 twice a day. Worked about a week. This week going up. Tonight at 5, 181/109 . Took medicine. At 9, 181/115. Took 2nd dose. Will monitor. Is this okay until can reach primary on Monday? Age 46
