Is It Something Serious? I've Been Having Pain For A

Is it something serious? I've been having pain for a more than a month in the middle of my left abdomen i've also experienced pain in my back and i'm not sure if it was my period, but i recently got it last week which is weird because i'm super irregular and i had it two weeks before that also i had some pain in my vagina, but it was only for about 2 days.
