Is It To Be Concerned About Burning Feeling Near The Testicle?

For about 3 days now, I have a little burning like feeling on my left thigh near the left testicle. Sometimes theres a pain in the leg too and it travels up and down through the leg. This goes away in like 3 or 2 minutes. I checked my testicle and there are no symptoms like redness lumps or bumps. when I touch testicles theres nothing there even the pain. Its not a pain but a feeling like I have ate chillies from my testicles. ;)
