Is It To Be Concerned About The Bleeding After Having Cs?

Hi,
I am 35 yeras old. I just had a cs in February (second cs) i noticed a bloody discharge on my incision recently after wearing tummy belt about 4days ago though have being cleaning it with spirit but the cotten wool always stain with blood anytime i clean it. Kindly advice
